MUSIC IS A LIFESTYLE

Over time, music has become the best way to express emotions and thoughts. For me, music has become the best way to disconnect from the world and immerse myself in my own universe. It can evoke emotions, awaken memories, convey joy or sadness. It can be a source of comfort in difficult times. In this blog entry first, I will explain how music became a lifestyle for me; then, I will tell you what the benefits of music are; and finally, I will explain how music can be an inspiration.
Music can influence your daily activities, shape your social connections, and provide you with a sense of identify and fulfillment. Music became part of my day to day, I created playlist that will suit my moods and preferences, exploring different genres and artist to broaden my musical horizons. I used music as a means of self-expression. Whether it was dancing, singing, or creating playlist, they made me feel at peace, happy and at the same time part of a world where only I understood myself. Music became an outlet for my emotions, thoughts, and everything that I could not express with words. Taking advantage of the power of music to convey my innermost feelings and connect with others on an emotional level, making us understand the feeling of others, empathizing with the lyrics of the songs we listen; making us feel safe, understood and happy. For example, five years ago when my heart was broken, I felt identified with Willow song by Taylor Swift.
Music offers a wide range of benefits that can positively impact various aspects of our lives. From my experience, I could find music has the power to evoke emotions and influence our mood. Listening to music that we enjoy can boost happiness and reduce stress and anxiety. It can help us to express our emotions, because it serves as a universal language that it allows to express ourselves and connect with others on an emotional level. Music has helped me to improve motivation and productivity in different tasks, for example, when I listen to music while I do university homework it has allowed me to concentrate. I can say that the impact of music on individuals can vary, but it is clear that music plays an important role in enhancing our overall well-being and quality of life.
We can say music often tell us stories and personal experiences. It can inspire us on a personal level because music can provide us a sense of affirmation, encouragement, or reflection. It motivates us to overcome challenges or pursue our dreams. Music sometimes can stimulate our creativity and feed our imagination; because when we listen to music, our minds can wander, ideas can flow, and new connections can be made. On the other hand, music has the power to touch us on a deep emotional level, it can serve as a wellspring of inspiration that fuels our passions, and it motivates us to explore new ideas and possibilities from different points of view.
In a nutshell, when music becomes a lifestyle, it can influence our choices, interactions and personal growth. It serves as a constant source of inspiration that shapes us, enhances our well-being and stimulates our creativity in different areas of our life.
